We offer an annual membership plan for those without dental insurance to receive the care they need. There is no approval necessary, and you can sign up and receive treatment today.
Child Membership Plan - $409/year
Adult Membership Plan - $489/year
Periodontal Membership Plan - $589/year

- 2 Exams per year per plan
- 2 Cleanings per year per plan
- 1 Set of Full Mouth X-rays every 5 years per plan
- 1 Set of Bitewing X-rays per year per plan
- 2 Fluoride Treatments per year per plan
Procedures 15% discounted on all plans:

- Fillings
